Join Our Upcoming Bible Study
Get ready to join us for our next Bible study:
Jonah: The Inescapable Love of God.
This new study will kick off on October 10th and will continue for five weeks. To prepare your hearts, I encourage you to pick up a copy of the journal on Amazon. It’s a story that will challenge us to face our own reluctance and embrace the overwhelming, relentless love God has for each and every one of us.
Karissa will be back to bless us with her insightful videos. Together, we look forward to a deep dive into God’s Word and fostering an even closer fellowship among us all. Your participation has been the heartbeat of this group, and I can’t wait to see how God uses our collective thirst for wisdom to draw us nearer to Him and to one another.

Fill Us With Hope –
Today’s Marriage Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
Sometimes we really mess up. Some days we are left wondering if we’re worthy at all. A voice inside tells us we’re not. It points out our failures and our shortcomings. It reminds us of the many times we’ve disappointed each other, and the days we disappoint You. Fears and doubts arise telling us that we don’t measure up and that we’re unworthy of Your love.
But we are a work in progress — a work of Your grace through faith being created in the likeness of Christ Jesus. Help us to continue to grow by Your grace that we should turn from our sin and practice righteousness — that we should walk in good works as You have ordained.
We ask that You protect us from those who preach a different gospel. Help us to stand steadfast in the truth. Fill us with hope. Help us to love You in truth with all our heart, soul, strength, and mind, and to love one another as ourselves.
In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Today’s Bible Verse
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. – Ephesians 2:8-10, KJV

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. – Ephesians 2:8-10, NIV
