Prayer Is The Bridge That Connects Us To You –
Today’s Marriage Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today as one — joined by Your love and grace. We give thanks for the blessing of marriage, for the deep affection that abides in us, and for the moments we share that enrich our days. With humble hearts, we recognize that our strength, our hope, and our foundation lie in You. Prayer is the bridge that connects our hearts, not just to each other, but to Your endless grace and wisdom.
Guide us, O Lord, to seek Your presence throughout each day. May our commitment to prayer be an enduring one. In times of happiness, let our prayers be filled with thanksgiving; in moments of difficulty, let them show our faith and reliance in Your enduring love.
Grant us the grace to approach You with open hearts, eager to hear Your voice, reminding us of Your promises and steadfast love. May our prayers become a haven, a meeting place with You, where we can lay down our worries and uphold one another in love.
Instill in us patience, empathy, a forgiving spirit, and temperance in our words and deeds, mirroring the love Christ has shown us. May our dedication to prayer deepen our connection with You and with each other, bringing peace that passes all understanding — bringing glory to Your name.
In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Today’s Bible Verse
Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. – Philippians 4:6-7, KJV

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. – Philippians 4:6-7, NIV
