Find Peace As We’re Seeking Truth and Love –
Today’s Marriage Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
May we find peace as we’re seeking truth and love. Teach us to turn from sin and to be affectionate and understanding toward one other. Help us to use our words to edify and encourage one another. Lord, we ask that You teach us to speak wisely, and to control our tongue at all times.
Help us to search out the good in each other, and let go of the little things that get under our skin. May we always be patient and kind, and possess the wisdom to let go of pride. Teach us what it really means to be married, and what must be done to fulfill our responsibilities as husband and wife.
In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen
