Today’s Marriage Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You with grateful hearts, cherishing the blessing of marriage You have bestowed upon us. In Your infinite wisdom, You designed companionship to reflect Your love for us — a love that is patient, kind, and enduring. Today, we lift up our marriage to You, thankful for the gift of having a spouse who is not just our partner in life but also our best friend.

Help us to lean on each other in times of joy and in times of trial, to laugh together, to cry together, and to grow together in every season of life. May our words be laced with grace, our ears quick to listen, and our hearts ready to forgive, mirroring Your love for us.

Inspire us to support each other’s dreams, to share each other’s burdens, and to encourage each other’s walk with You. In doing so, may our marriage illuminate the path for others, showing the way to a love that is not self-seeking but self-giving.

Bless our friendship, Father, so it may continue to flourish, rooted in the joy of Your presence. Let our relationship be a beacon of hope and a sanctuary of peace, where we both find the deepest companionship, understanding, and love.
