Prepare Him Room: 28 Ways to Embrace the Spirit of Christmas
Hey, ladies! I’d love to invite you to join our upcoming Advent series, Prepare Him Room: 28 Ways to Embrace the Spirit of Christmas. Unlike our usual Bible studies, this one is more of a devotional style that encourages you to slow down and make space for what matters most—Jesus. Each day offers inspiring stories, scripture readings, simple challenges, and questions designed to draw you closer to Christ.
Over the course of four weeks, we’ll go through the book together beginning November 26th. Once again, we will have weekly videos, and printable chapters.
Take a moment amidst the holiday hustle to focus on His presence. Discover practical ways to reflect Christ’s love in your home, relationships, and daily life.
Let’s make this Christmas a true celebration of our Savior.

You Will Provide All We Truly Need –
Today’s Marriage Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You as husband and wife, seeking Your guidance and strength as we journey together. In a world filled with distractions and temptations, remind us that our true home is not here. Help us to loosen our grip on the things of this world and to hold tightly to You.
We ask that You teach us to let go of anything that hinders our devotion to You. Whether it’s material possessions, status, or ambitions that draw us away from You, we ask for the courage to release these things so that we can be free to follow You without reservation. Give us hearts that are more focused on eternal treasures than on temporary gains.
Help us to encourage each other in living with open hands and open hearts, always ready to give, serve, and love as You lead. May our marriage be a testimony of lives surrendered to You, marked by generosity, humility, and a deep desire to walk in Your ways.
Lord, give us eyes to see what truly matters: our relationship with You, our love for one another, and the purpose You have given us as a couple. Strengthen us to resist the pull of worldly desires and to stand firm in our commitment to follow You, whatever the cost.
As we journey together, may we find our joy, contentment, and peace in You alone. Let us be reminded daily that nothing in this world can compare to the hope we have in You. Help us to seek first Your kingdom and righteousness, trusting that You will provide all that we truly need.
In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
Today’s Bible Verse
Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. — Matthew 6:19-21 (KJV)
Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. — Matthew 6:19-21 (NIV)
