Our Next Study Starts Soon!

I’m excited to share that our next Bible study, Discovering Joy: Not Because Life is Perfect, but Because God is Faithful, begins Tuesday February 11th.
This interactive devotional is designed to help us uncover joy, not the fleeting kind that shifts with the winds of change, but a steadfast joy rooted in the faithfulness of God and held steady by His unchanging love.
Each chapter offers a short devotional to encourage your heart, a reading prompt to guide your study, and verse maps—a unique way to help you dig deeper into Scripture. You’ll also find moments of gratitude, practical ways to cultivate joy, and inspiring stories that remind us of God’s goodness.
Each week we’ll cover three chapters of the book, for a total of five weeks.

Keeping No Record of Wrongs –
Today’s Marriage Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
Lord, we pray that our hearts would be quick to forgive and slow to anger. When misunderstandings or frustrations come, remind us of the mercy You’ve shown us and teach us to extend it to each other. May we always remember that love isn’t about holding onto hurts, but about letting go and moving toward healing and unity.
We ask for Your wisdom to guide our hearts when we feel wronged, and Your peace to help us release any bitterness that may try to settle in. We know that our marriage will be stronger when we forgive, and we choose to do that, trusting You to restore and renew our hearts.
Lord, may our love be a reflection of Your grace, a love that keeps no record of wrongs, but instead chooses to walk in humility, kindness, and forgiveness. We know that as we grow in our ability to forgive, we grow closer to each other and to You.
Thank You for being the foundation of our marriage, for showing us what true love looks like, and for walking with us through each challenge we face. We trust You to strengthen our hearts and guide our steps as we continue on this journey together.
In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
