Hearts That Seek You — Today's Marriage Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
In the busyness of life, it’s easy to become distracted by our worries, responsibilities, and desires. But today, we come before You, asking for hearts that seek You above all else.
Lord, help us to put You first in our marriage, to build our lives on the foundation of Your truth. Teach us to seek Your kingdom and righteousness in all that we do—how we love, how we serve, and how we grow together. When challenges arise, remind us that our security is in You, not in our own strength. When we are tempted to chase after the things of this world, redirect our hearts to trust in Your provision.
May our marriage be a reflection of Your love and faithfulness, drawing us closer to You and to each other. Fill our home with peace, joy, and unity, knowing that when we seek You first, You provide everything we need.
We surrender our plans, our worries, and our desires into Your hands, trusting that Your ways are always best. Thank You for walking with us, guiding us, and blessing us as we pursue You together.
In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
