Your Timing Is Always Perfect — Today's Marriage Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
In the moments when waiting feels difficult and uncertainty weighs on our hearts, remind us that Your timing is always perfect. Just as Habakkuk 2:3 assures us, Your plans will unfold at the appointed time, never too early and never too late.
Help us to trust You with our hopes, our dreams, and the unanswered prayers we carry. When we grow impatient, give us the grace to wait with faith. When doubt creeps in, strengthen our hearts with the assurance that You are working behind the scenes, preparing the way before us.
Lord, let patience and peace fill our marriage. May we encourage one another when the road feels long, reminding each other that You are faithful, and Your promises never fail. Teach us to embrace this season—whatever it may bring—knowing that every moment is part of Your greater purpose for our lives.
We surrender our plans into Your hands, trusting that what You have prepared for us is worth the wait.
In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
Today’s Bible Verse
For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. — Habakkuk 2:3, KJV
For the revelation awaits an appointed time; it speaks of the end and will not prove false. Though it linger, wait for it; it will certainly come and will not delay. — Habakkuk 2:3, NIV
