Leaving a Legacy of Faith — Today's Marriage Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
We want our marriage to count for something more than just the here and now. Help us to live in a way that points back to You—day by day, choice by choice. Not perfectly, but faithfully.
Teach us how to build a legacy of faith together. One that shows our kids, our friends, and anyone watching that You are worth trusting, worth following, and worth giving everything for.
Some days that means simply showing up with grace. Other days it’s forgiving when it’s hard or choosing love when it’s inconvenient. But all of it matters, and we want to keep saying “yes” to You in the small things—because that’s where legacy grows.
So keep our hearts soft, our focus steady, and our love anchored in You. And when we’re gone, let the faith we lived out be something that still speaks.
