To Be Faithful and Trustworthy — Today's Marriage Prayer
Dear heavenly Father,
Thank You for the gift of marriage and for giving us someone to walk through life with.
Please help us to be people who are truly faithful and trustworthy. Teach us to be honest with each other in the way we speak, in the way we act, and in the way we think.
Help us to be loyal, not just when it’s easy, but even when it’s hard. Give us the strength to make good choices, to stand firm when we are tempted, and to live with integrity whether anyone is watching or not.
Build a strong foundation of trust between us. May our marriage be steady and secure because we have chosen to walk in Your ways.
We want our lives to honor You and to leave a legacy of faithfulness for those who come after us.
