Delighting in Each Other — Today's Marriage Prayer
Dear heavenly Father,
Thank You for the gift of marriage—this covenant that draws us closer not only to each other, but also to You. Help us to find joy in the love we share, to delight in each other with the same wonder and warmth we had in the beginning. Let us not grow cold or distracted by the pace of life, but instead help us to slow down and truly see each other.
Teach us to be tender, attentive, and kind. Help us to laugh more, to listen better, and to cherish the little things that make our marriage unique. May we never take each other for granted, but instead nurture our relationship with intention, grace, and gratitude.
Let our love be a reflection of Your faithfulness—growing deeper, stronger, and more joyful with time. May we delight in each other, not just in good seasons, but even in the everyday and the ordinary. And through it all, let our marriage bring glory to You.
