When the Season Feels Dry - Today's Marriage Prayer
Dear heavenly Father,
Not every season feels full of joy and connection. Sometimes we go through dry stretches—times when prayer feels quiet, love feels a little distant, and we’re just trying to make it through the day.
But even then, You’re with us. You haven’t gone anywhere. And we believe You’re still at work—making a way, even when we can’t see it yet.
Help us not to panic when things feel hard. Instead, teach us to lean in gently, to stay faithful in the small things, and to keep showing up with love and grace—even when it’s not easy.
Remind us that dry seasons don’t last forever. Rain comes. Life returns. And You are the One who brings streams into the wilderness and fresh hope into weary hearts.
Strengthen our bond during these times, Lord. Let this season grow something quiet and strong in us—a deeper trust, a steadier love, and a faith that doesn’t depend on how we feel, but on who You are.
