Be Our Vision - Today's Marriage Prayer
(Inspired by Proverbs 29:18 and the hymn “Be Thou My Vision”)
Dear heavenly Father,
We ask that You be our vision. In a world filled with distractions, we don’t want to lose sight of what matters most—loving You first and loving each other well.
When our priorities drift, we ask that You draw us back to Your truth. When our eyes are clouded by worry or pride, remind us to see through the lens of Your Word. May our marriage reflect a love that is steady, guided not by fleeting desires, but by the eternal hope we have in You.
May we be a couple who seeks You above all—our wisdom, our treasure, our true inheritance. And as we walk this path together, may our love grow clearer, deeper, and stronger because our gaze is fixed on You.
In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
