The Gift of Laughter - Today's Marriage Prayer
Dear heavenly Father,
Thank You for the gift of laughter—the kind that lightens burdens, softens hard days, and fills our home with joy. Help us to never lose sight of the beauty of smiling together, of finding joy even in the small, ordinary moments.
Teach us to celebrate the silly and the simple, to laugh at ourselves when life gets messy, and to create memories that remind us joy belongs in marriage. May our laughter not only strengthen our bond, but also serve as a testimony of the joy we find in You.
Even in seasons of challenge, remind us that joy can live alongside sorrow, because our hope is anchored in Christ. Let laughter be one of the ways our love grows deeper, brighter, and stronger.
