I’d love to invite you to join our upcoming Advent series, The Four Gifts: Discover the Beauty of Christmas Wrapped Up in God’s Love.
Unlike our usual Bible studies, our Christmas series is more of a devotional style that encourages you to slow down and spend quiet time with the Lord. Each day offers inspiring stories, Scripture readings, simple challenges, and questions designed to draw you closer to Christ while reminding you how deeply you’re loved.
Take a moment amidst the holiday hustle to unwrap God’s faithful, sacrificial, transforming, and eternal love.
Let’s make this Christmas a true celebration of our Savior—and if you know someone who could use a reminder of how deeply God loves them, invite them to join us. It might be just the encouragement their heart needs this season.

Lifting Each Other in Prayer - Today's Marriage Prayer
Dear heavenly Father,
We thank You for the privilege of bringing one another before Your throne in prayer. We ask that You remind us daily of how powerful it is to pray for our spouse—to lift their burdens, speak their name before You, and intercede on their behalf.
Teach us to pray not only for needs we can see, but for the quiet struggles we cannot. Help us to listen carefully and love deeply enough to pray with understanding. When one of us feels weak, may the other stand in faith; when one rejoices, may the other give thanks beside them.
Lord, we ask that You make our prayers a place of unity—where grace replaces judgment and compassion takes the place of complaint. Let prayer become our first response, not our last resort. Strengthen our trust in Your timing, and remind us that You are working even when we can’t see it.
May our marriage be shaped by prayer—rooted in Your Word, sustained by Your presence, and marked by the peace that comes from laying everything at Your feet together.
In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
Today’s Bible Verse
Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. —Philippians 4:6–7, KJV

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. —Philippians 4:6–7, NIV
