Center Our Hearts Again — Today’s Marriage Prayer
Dear heavenly Father,
We thank You for the grace You give each day. We ask that You center our hearts again. When routines grow heavy or distractions pull us in every direction, draw us back to the love You are shaping within our home.
Teach us to slow down long enough to notice one another.
To listen without rushing.
To speak with care rather than haste.
Lord, help us return to the simple things that strengthen a marriage—gentle words, shared moments, and the willingness to put one another first. When tension rises or weariness settles in, steady our hearts so we respond with patience instead of frustration.
We ask that You renew our focus. Remind us why we chose this life together, and help us nurture it with intention and grace. Let the peace You provide shape our attitudes, soften our tone, and guide us back to unity.
In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
