Dear heavenly Father,

Your Word teaches us that the wise person builds his house upon the rock. Today we ask You to make our marriage like that house — steady, well-founded, and able to stand when storms come.

Help us build carefully. In the way we speak, the choices we make, and the priorities we set, teach us to build on Your truth rather than our feelings or circumstances. When life is calm, remind us that the quiet days are when the foundation is strengthened.

Lord, when storms do come — when stress rises, when misunderstandings appear, when circumstances feel uncertain — keep our marriage anchored in You. Let Your Word steady us when emotions fluctuate. Let Your wisdom guide us when we are unsure how to move forward.

Guard us from building on sand. Keep us from habits that weaken trust or attitudes that slowly erode unity. Instead, shape our marriage through humility, patience, forgiveness, and faithfulness.

Father, establish our home on the rock of Christ. Let our marriage stand firm not because we avoid difficulty, but because our foundation is secure in You.

And when winds rise and rain falls, may our home remain steady, resting on the strength of Your truth.
