Dear heavenly Father,

We come before You today, knowing how important trust is in a marriage. It’s built over time, shaped by our words, our actions, and the consistency of our love. Yet we also know how easily it can be weakened when we’re not careful.

Teach us to be trustworthy.

Help us to be honest in what we say and faithful in what we do. Guard us from carelessness, from hidden things, and from anything that would create distance between us. Shape in us a desire to walk in integrity, even in the smallest details of our lives.

Lord, we ask that You would strengthen trust between us.

When trust feels fragile, begin to restore it.
When doubt tries to take root, replace it with truth.
When we fall short, give us humility to make it right.

Help us to build wisely.

To follow through on what we say.
To be dependable in what we do.
To create a safe place where honesty is welcomed and valued.

Shape our marriage through this kind of faithfulness.

Let trust grow steadily, not quickly, but deeply. Let it become a quiet strength that holds us together through every season.

Draw us closer to Christ, who is perfectly faithful and true. As we walk with Him, teach us to reflect that same faithfulness with one another.
