A Marriage That Walks in Faith — Today’s Marriage Prayer
Dear heavenly Father,
We come before You today, knowing that faith is not just something we speak about, but something we are called to live out each day. In our marriage, there are moments that require trust—moments when we don’t see the full picture, yet we’re asked to keep walking forward.
Teach us to walk by faith.
Help us to trust You in the decisions we make, in the challenges we face, and in the path You’ve set before us. When we’re unsure, remind us that You are guiding us. When we feel hesitant, give us the courage to take the next step.
Lord, we ask that You would strengthen our faith together.
When one of us feels weak, let the other stand firm.
When doubt begins to grow, anchor us in Your promises.
When the way feels unclear, help us to keep moving forward with confidence in You.
Give us a shared trust.
To believe that You are working in our lives.
To rely on Your Word as our guide.
To walk in obedience, even when it stretches us.
Shape our marriage through this kind of faith.
Let it lead us, steady us, and draw us closer to You. Let it become a foundation that holds firm, no matter what we face.
Draw us closer to Christ, who is the author and perfecter of our faith. As we follow Him, teach us to walk forward together with trust, courage, and hope.
In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
