A Chance To Honor You With Our Lives –
Today’s Marriage Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, mindful that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. We ask for strength to honor You in our relationship, treating each other with the love and respect You want for us.

Lord, help us understand that in marriage, our bodies are not solely our own but are united in love and mutual submission, reflecting Christ’s love for the Church. Let this guide how we act, speak, and think towards each other.

We pray for Your wisdom to look after our own and our spouse’s well-being – physically, emotionally, and spiritually. In this way, we can show Your grace and love in our lives. When we face temptations, give us the courage to stay true to You and our marriage. Let our lives be a light for others, showing the beauty of a Christ-centered marriage.

Thank You for the blessing of marriage and the chance it gives us to honor You with our lives. May our love always reflect Your love and the truth that we are made in Your image, deeply loved and cherished.
