A Marriage Rooted in Grace - Today's Marriage Prayer
Dear heavenly Father,
We thank You for the grace You have shown us through Your Son, Jesus Christ. We ask that You help us to walk in that same grace within our marriage. When pride begins to rise, may we remember the humility of Christ. When our tempers are stirred, we ask that You calm our hearts and guide our words.
Teach us to forgive freely, just as You have forgiven us. Help us to show patience and kindness even when it’s difficult, remembering that grace is not weakness, but the strength to love as You love. May Your Spirit work within us, shaping our hearts to reflect the compassion and mercy of Christ.
Lord, we ask that our marriage would be a testimony of Your grace—where gentleness is practiced, forgiveness is extended, and love continues to grow. May our home be a place where truth and mercy meet, and where Your presence is felt each day.
