A Marriage That Remains Faithful in the Little Things — Today’s Marriage Prayer
Dear heavenly Father,
We come before You today, recognizing that so much of our marriage is built in the small, everyday moments. Not just in the big decisions or milestones, but in the quiet choices we make again and again.
Teach us to be faithful in the little things.
Help us to care for one another in simple, consistent ways. To follow through on what we say. To show up with patience, kindness, and attention, even when the moment feels ordinary.
Lord, we ask that You would shape our habits.
When we’re tempted to overlook the small things, remind us they matter.
When we grow careless, call us back to intentional love.
When we feel unnoticed, help us to remain faithful anyway.
Give us steady hearts.
To keep choosing what is right.
To keep showing up for each other.
To keep building, even when progress feels slow.
Shape our marriage through this kind of faithfulness.
Let the small things become strong roots—deep, steady, and lasting. Let them strengthen our trust, deepen our connection, and reflect a love that is consistent and true.
Draw us closer to Christ, who is faithful in every detail. As we walk with Him, teach us to live with that same faithfulness toward one another.
In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
