Dear heavenly Father,

We come before You recognizing how easily other things can take first place in our lives. Responsibilities, goals, concerns, and even good things can slowly shift our focus if we’re not careful.

Call us back to what matters most.

Teach us to seek You first—not only in moments of need, but as the steady priority of our lives. Help us to turn to You before we make decisions, before we speak, and before we react. Shape in us a desire to know You more and to follow You more closely.

Lord, we ask that You would reorder our hearts.

When distractions compete for our attention, draw us back.
When busyness crowds out time with You, remind us to pause.
When we begin to rely on ourselves, gently lead us to depend on You again.

Let our marriage be centered on You.

Not just in words, but in the way we live each day. Teach us to seek You together—in prayer, in Your Word, and in the quiet moments when we choose to be still before You.

Draw us closer to Christ, that our lives would reflect His truth and His love more and more. As we put You first, establish our home on a firm foundation that will not be shaken.
