A Truly Christ-Centered Marriage –
Today’s Marriage Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,

A loving person will build their marriage with encouraging words and thoughtful gestures.

A compassionate person looks to see things from the other’s perspective. They care as much or more about their spouse than they do themselves.

A faithful person is trustworthy in good times and bad. They are faithful no matter the situation.

A considerate person acts with wisdom. They consider the best way they might serve the other in love.

We ask that You help us to be all those things, Lord. Help us to dig deep and lay a foundation of faith on which to build a truly Christ-centered marriage.

In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
