A Wise Woman Buildeth Her House

A Wise Woman Buildeth Her House –
Today’s Marriage Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,

We ask that You restore each broken part of our marriage. Help us to carefully rebuild those things we’ve foolishly torn down. Your Word tells us, “Every wise woman buildeth her house: but the foolish plucketh it down with her hands.” (Prov. 14:1) We’ve been foolish at times. We’ve said things that we wish we could take back. We’ve failed to love as well as we could.

We ask Father that You cleanse us from sin, and wash away our iniquities. We all make mistakes, but sometimes they cut deep. Sometimes we wound the ones we love most. Give us the wisdom to learn from our past, and the strength to do better tomorrow. Help us to rebuild bridges that we’ve taken down. Guide our steps as we move forward in the way of truth. Reestablish the holy foundation our vows were built on.

In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Today’s Bible Verse
