Trusting God’s Timing - Today's Marriage Prayer
Dear heavenly Father,
Waiting isn’t easy. Whether we’re waiting for answers, for healing, for change, or for direction—it can stretch our patience and stir up all kinds of questions. But we don’t want to waste the waiting. We want to grow through it—together.
Help us to trust Your timing, even when it doesn’t look like ours. Remind us that You are never late, never hurried, and never uncertain. You see the whole picture, and You’re working behind the scenes in ways we can’t see.
In the seasons where it feels like nothing is moving, help us to keep moving closer to each other. Let this be a time when our faith is strengthened, our bond is deepened, and our hearts stay open to what You’re doing.
Teach us to hold on—not just to what we hope for, but to You.
Because in the end, it’s not just about the outcome—it’s about learning to trust You with all of it.
In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
