Choosing Faith Over Fear - Today's Marriage Prayer
Dear heavenly Father,
Sometimes fear slips in quietly—through a late-night worry, an unexpected change, or the weight of what-ifs. It can cloud our thinking, steal our peace, and even drive a wedge between us when we need each other most.
But You’ve given us something stronger than fear. You’ve given us faith. Not a blind hope, but a steady trust in who You are—faithful, present, and in control even when we are not.
Help us to turn to You first when anxiety rises. Teach us to pray before we panic, to encourage one another with truth, and to speak peace into our home when the world outside feels uncertain.
Let our marriage be a place where faith is lived out in real, steady ways—in how we pray, how we wait, and how we move forward together.
We choose to trust You today, Lord. Even when we’re unsure. Even when we’re afraid. Because You’ve never failed us, and we believe You never will.
