The Story We're Still Writing - Today's Marriage Prayer
Dear heavenly Father,
Some days, life moves so quickly that we forget to slow down and simply see each other. We pass in the hallway, trade quick words, and carry on with our lists—forgetting that this love we share is a treasure.
Remind us to pause. To hold each other close, even if it’s just for a moment. To look into each other’s eyes and remember the story we’re still writing—one filled with hope, forgiveness, and grace.
Help us not to take each other for granted. Let kindness be our habit and tenderness be our tone. When the weight of the world presses in, may we be each other’s safe place. And when joy overflows, may we be the first to share it together.
Above all, bind us together with Your perfect love—a love that never fails and never lets go.
