To Be A Light To Other Couples - Today's Marriage Prayer
Dear heavenly Father,
You’ve given us this marriage not only for our joy and growth, but also to be a light to others. Help us remember that the love we show each other can encourage someone else’s faith, spark hope, and remind them that Your grace works in real relationships.
When we see another couple struggling, give us the courage to speak truth with love, not criticism. When we see a marriage thriving, help us celebrate with them and cheer them on. Teach us to pray for our friends in private and encourage them in person.
Let our marriage be a quiet testimony—that faithfulness is worth it, forgiveness is powerful, and love can grow stronger over time. And when our own hearts are heavy, remind us that encouraging others often lifts our own spirits too.
May every word we speak, and every act of kindness we share, point couples back to You—the true source of love.
