A Shelter in the Storm - Today's Marriage Prayer
Dear heavenly Father,
Life isn’t always calm. Storms come in many forms—uncertainty, loss, worry, and trials we never saw coming. Yet even in the fiercest winds, You are our refuge and strength.
We pray that our marriage would reflect that same steady shelter. When the world feels overwhelming, let our home be a place of peace. When one of us is shaken, let the other be strong. Teach us to lean on You first, and then on each other, so we are never standing alone.
Give us hearts that protect, words that comfort, and faith that steadies us through every storm. May our love be rooted so deeply in You that no trial can uproot it, and may our marriage be a living testimony of Your faithfulness.
