We're On The Same Team — Today's Marriage Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
Sometimes life gets loud. The pressure builds, the words fly faster than they should, and before we know it, we’re caught in a moment we didn’t plan for. In those times, help us to slow down. Teach us to take a breath before we speak, to listen with love, and to lead with patience.
When the stress creeps in—through bills, busyness, or just plain misunderstanding—remind us that we’re on the same team. Anchor our hearts in Your peace, and help us to respond with grace instead of reacting out of frustration.
We know we won’t get it right every time. But when we mess up, give us the humility to apologize and the strength to forgive. Use every hard moment to draw us closer to each other—and closer to You.
