To Be Wise Stewards — Today's Marriage Prayer
Dear heavenly Father,
Thank You for the many ways You provide for us—sometimes through steady income, sometimes through unexpected blessings, and always through Your faithfulness. As we navigate the financial decisions in our marriage, we ask for wisdom—not just to manage money well, but to honor You with every choice we make.
Help us to be wise stewards of what You’ve entrusted to us. Teach us to be thoughtful in our spending, intentional in our saving, and generous in our giving. When we’re tempted to worry or disagree, give us patience, unity, and perspective.
May we seek Your guidance in both the big and small decisions—whether it’s a purchase, a budget, or a long-term plan. Keep our hearts free from greed or fear, and help us find contentment in Your daily provision.
We want our finances to reflect our faith, our priorities to reflect Your truth, and our hearts to remain soft toward each other through every season.
