Cheering Each Other On - Today's Marriage Prayer
Dear heavenly Father,
Thank You for the unique ways You’ve wired us—for the dreams tucked into our hearts and the gifts You’ve placed in our hands. Marriage isn’t just about building a life together—it’s also about cheering one another on toward the life You’ve called us to.
Help us to be each other’s biggest encouragers. When one of us feels unsure, let the other speak words of courage. When one of us takes a step of faith, let the other be there with support and prayer.
Teach us not to compete or compare, but to celebrate and uplift. Remind us that when one of us thrives, we both do.
Let us notice the dreams that are sometimes quiet—the ones that need a little time and a lot of love to grow. And when it’s time to take a leap, give us the grace to be brave together.
Thank You for the story You’re writing in each of our lives—and in our marriage. May we always be a team that moves forward with faith, love, and joy.
In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
