Draw Our Hearts Closer - Today's Marriage Prayer
Dear heavenly Father,
We thank You for the love You have placed between us and for the ways You have guided us through every season. We ask that You draw our hearts closer each day. When life feels rushed or our attention is pulled in many directions, remind us to slow down and make room for what matters most.
Teach us to notice the moments that strengthen our connection—the conversations that encourage, the prayers we share, and the simple kindnesses that speak love in quiet ways. We ask that You help us remain attentive to one another, guarding against the distance that can grow when we grow busy or distracted.
Lord, keep our hearts soft and our spirits willing to love with humility. Help us to forgive quickly, to listen with patience, and to return to one another with grace whenever misunderstandings arise.
We ask that You continue shaping a love between us that is steady, warm, and rooted deeply in You. Draw us closer, Father, so that our marriage reflects the unity and faithfulness You desire for us.
In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
