Draw Us Back to What Matters — Today’s Marriage Prayer
Dear heavenly Father,
We thank You for the steady grace You show us each day. We ask that You draw us back to what matters. When our pace is hurried and our thoughts are scattered, bring our attention back to You and to the love You are shaping between us.
Quiet our hearts long enough to hear one another.
Steady our steps long enough to choose kindness.
Strengthen our resolve long enough to stay faithful in the small things.
Lord, teach us to value the moments we often overlook—the gentle word, the patient response, the willingness to pause before reacting. These are the places where love grows and where Your work becomes visible.
We ask that You help us let go of what distracts and cling to what brings peace. Lead us back, again and again, to gratitude, humility, and the steady path of love that honors You.
In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
