Today’s Marriage Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,

We know there will be both good times and difficult times in the days ahead. We ask for joy that stays with us, especially when things get tough. Let our love for each other stand tall, even in challenging times.

Help us see every problem as an opportunity to grow closer to each other and to You. In every circumstance may our hearts be filled with unspeakable joy. When times are tough, help us to find reasons to smile — to hold each other close, knowing that with You, nothing is impossible.

Give us hearts that forgive easily and are slow to get angry. Help us to always pursue peace. Let us be thankful for each day, using it as a chance to love more, laugh more, and walk faithfully together.

In every season of our journey, remind us of the joy of Your salvation, which illuminates our path and guides our steps.

We commit our marriage into Your loving hands, trusting that You will cultivate within us an everlasting joy that radiates in every word, deed, and thought.
