Finding Joy in Every Season - Today's Marriage Prayer
Dear heavenly Father,
We thank You for the seasons of life—times of laughter and of trial, of growth and of stillness. We ask that You help us to find joy in each one. Teach us not to wait for circumstances to change before we rejoice, but to anchor our joy in You, the One who never changes.
When life feels heavy or routine, remind us that joy is not found in perfect days, but in a thankful heart. Help us to celebrate the small things: a shared meal, a kind word, the gift of another morning together. We ask that You fill our hearts with gratitude so that joy may overflow even when life feels uncertain.
Lord, may the joy of Your presence be the strength of our marriage. Let it lift us when we’re weary, unite us when we feel distant, and remind us that every moment spent in love and faithfulness is a blessing from Your hand.
We ask that You teach us to live with light hearts and lifted eyes, rejoicing always in the goodness of our Savior.
