Dear heavenly Father,

We thank You for the kindness You continually show toward us—kindness that comforts, restores, and leads us back to You. We ask that You form that same kindness within our hearts. When irritation rises or stress weighs heavily on our minds, help us respond with gentleness rather than sharpness.

Let kindness guide the small moments—
a thoughtful word,
a patient pause,
a willingness to give more grace than we feel.

Lord, teach us to see one another through eyes shaped by compassion. Remind us that every act of kindness builds trust, strengthens unity, and reflects the character of Christ in our home.

We ask that kindness become a defining mark of our marriage—not forced, but flowing from hearts softened by Your Spirit. Help us choose kindness even when it costs us something, knowing it sows peace and nurtures love in lasting ways.
