Give Us Grace for Each New Day - Today's Marriage Prayer
Dear heavenly Father,
We thank You for the grace You provide day after day—grace that meets us in our weakness and carries us when we feel overwhelmed. We ask that You help us to draw from that grace within our marriage. When the day feels long or our patience wears thin, remind us that Your mercies are new every morning and sufficient for every moment.
Teach us to offer each other fresh grace as well—to let go of yesterday’s frustrations, to forgive small offenses quickly, and to approach each new day with a willingness to love again with a softened heart. We ask that You help us to see each morning as another chance to grow, to encourage, and to show kindness in ways that reflect Your compassion.
Lord, may Your grace shape the tone of our home. When we fall short, help us to rise with hope. When we feel discouraged, remind us of Your faithfulness. We ask that You fill our days with gentleness, patience, and a readiness to extend to one another the same grace You continually show us.
In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
