Dear heavenly Father,

Thank You for the life we share — for this home, these routines, this covenant that has been built day by day. In a world that constantly whispers that something better is just beyond reach, anchor our hearts in quiet contentment.

Guard us from restless comparison. When we are tempted to look at another marriage, another season, another set of circumstances, gently turn our gaze back to the goodness You have already given us. Help us cherish what is steady and true.

Lord, teach us to recognize the beauty in ordinary faithfulness — in familiar voices across the table, in shared responsibilities, in the comfort of knowing and being known. Let gratitude rise in the middle of daily life.

When financial pressures or unmet desires stir dissatisfaction, steady us. Shape our longings so they do not control us. Teach us to say, with sincerity, that Your provision is sufficient and Your timing is wise.

Father, let contentment calm our expectations and soften our tone. Keep us from placing unspoken demands on one another that only You were meant to carry. May our satisfaction be rooted first in You, and from that place, flow into our marriage.

Form in us a quiet confidence that what You have given is good, and that walking faithfully together is a gift.
