Help Us Make Time for One Another - Today's Marriage Prayer
Dear heavenly Father,
We thank You for the gift of togetherness and for the moments You give us to grow closer. We ask that You help us make time for one another in meaningful ways. When schedules fill up and responsibilities pull us in different directions, remind us how important it is to slow down and connect.
Teach us to be present when we are together—not distracted, not rushed, but attentive and grateful. We ask that You help us value simple moments: a conversation, a shared smile, or the quiet comfort of being near. Show us how to be intentional with the time we have so that our relationship continues to deepen and strengthen.
Lord, may our time together refresh our hearts and remind us of the love You are shaping within us. Help us notice when distance begins to form so we can draw near again with gentleness and care.
We ask that You fill our home with the warmth that comes from spending time well—with kindness, with joy, and with a love that reflects Your faithfulness.
In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
