Inspire Each Other to Grow –
Today’s Marriage Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,

We are bound to influence each other after a while. Whether we intend to or not we’ll either inspire each other to grow or sometimes discourage one another from trying.

We have a choice. We could coast through our marriage hoping that we have more good days than bad, or we could be intentional about influencing each other in a positive way.

Help us to make the right choice, Lord. Help us to be intentional, and to breathe life into our marriage instead of draining each other.

Help us to choose the right influences, people, and things that will help us grow as individuals and strengthen our bond as a couple. Show us how to be a positive influence that brightens our home and gladdens our hearts.

In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
