Learning Contentment Together - Today's Marriage Prayer
Dear heavenly Father,
Teach us what it means to be content in every season of our marriage. Whether we have little or much, quiet days or busy ones, remind us that true contentment isn’t found in circumstances—it’s found in You.
Protect us from comparison, Lord. Keep us from measuring our life against what others have, and instead help us to see the blessings You’ve already placed in our hands. Let gratitude fill our hearts, so we find joy in the simple gift of walking through life side by side.
When discontent tries to creep in, steady us with Your truth. Remind us that You are enough, and because of that, our marriage can be rich in peace, joy, and love—no matter what season we’re in.
In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
