Dear heavenly Father,

Your Word reminds us that unless You build the house, those who build it labor in vain. Today we come before You with open hands, recognizing that our marriage cannot be sustained by effort alone. Without Your guidance, our plans are fragile and our strength is limited.

So we ask You to be the builder of our home.

Lay the foundation of our marriage firmly on Your truth. Shape the way we speak, the way we respond, and the way we care for one another. Where our habits need correcting, guide us. Where our hearts need softening, work within us.

Lord, protect our home from being built on pride, impatience, or self-reliance. When we try to carry everything on our own, remind us to step back and invite You to lead. Let our decisions reflect Your wisdom and our priorities reflect Your will.

Teach us to build carefully, day by day. In small conversations, in shared responsibilities, and in quiet acts of kindness, help us strengthen the life we are building together.

Father, may our home stand not because of our effort, but because of Your faithful hand upon it. Establish our marriage in Your presence, and let it become a place where Your peace, truth, and love dwell.
