Love Is Shown In Many And Various Ways
– Today’s Marriage Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,

Help us to humble ourselves so that we may accept each other the way that we are. Not trying to change one another, but rather celebrating the uniqueness we see in each other.

Remind us that we communicate love in each our own way. We might not speak the same love language, but love is shown in many and various ways. And so, we ask that you help us to notice and appreciate the little things we do for each other.

Being critical cuts like a knife while exhortation inspires growth. Teach us to see the difference, Lord, as we choose our words wisely and seek only the best for our partner.

In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
