Love Keeps No Records Of Wrongs — Today's Marriage Prayer
Dear heavenly Father,
Sometimes the hardest part of love is letting go—letting go of the little hurts, the words we wish we could take back, and the moments we wish had gone differently.
But we know that forgiveness is where healing begins. It’s what You’ve shown us through Christ, and it’s what You’re calling us to live out in our marriage.
Help us to be quick to forgive—not just for the sake of peace, but because You’ve forgiven us so freely. Let mercy soften our hearts when we feel wronged. Teach us to talk things through with humility, not pride. And when we say “I forgive you,” help us mean it with our actions, not just our words.
Remind us that love keeps no record of wrongs. That grace isn’t about what someone deserves—it’s about what You’ve already given.
Thank You for the fresh starts You offer us every day. Help us offer the same to each other.
