Make Our Home A House Of Prayer— Today's Marriage Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father,
We recognize that a strong marriage is not built on our own strength, but on a foundation of faith, prayer, and trust in You.
Lord, help us to be a couple who prays together—not just in times of struggle, but in all seasons of life. When we wake in the morning, may our first thoughts turn to You. When we sit together at the table, may we give thanks with grateful hearts. When we face decisions, both big and small, may we seek Your wisdom in unity.
Teach us to pray not just for each other, but with each other. Let our prayers be a place of safety where we can bring our joys, fears, and dreams before You. When life is overwhelming, remind us that prayer binds us together and strengthens our love. May we never let busyness or distractions take the place of this sacred time with You.
Father, make our home a house of prayer. May our children, our friends, and even strangers who enter our home see a love that is rooted in faith. Let our marriage be a testimony of the power of a praying couple, reflecting the beauty of two hearts united in You.
We commit to seeking You daily, lifting each other up in prayer, and growing in faith side by side. Draw us closer to You, and in doing so, draw us closer to each other.
