We Are Currently Underway On Our New Study:
Jacob: Pursuing God With Steadfast Faith & Unyielding Courage

This new study will continue until August 20th. If you would like to join us, I encourage you to pick up a copy of the journal on Amazon. As we go through Jacob’s life story, chapter by chapter, we’ll see God’s plan of salvation, Christ’s work on the cross, and lessons rich in life application.

Karissa is back to bless us with her insightful videos. Together, we’re taking a deep dive into God’s Word and fostering an even closer fellowship among us all. If you’re not already taking part, I do hope you’ll consider joining us!

Manage Our Time Wisely

Manage Our Time Wisely –
Today’s Marriage Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,

Help us to manage our time wisely. We know how important it is to fellowship with You, with each other, and with others outside of our home. Help us to prioritize those things that are necessary.

We read about Jesus Who took time out of His day to pray and to dwell in Your presence. Teach us to be like that, Lord. Give us the wisdom to order our schedule well, to live a life of moderation, and to always be willing to give up our time for others in need.

Your Word teaches us that there’s a time for everything, and so we want to learn to take time for the important things in life.

Even if it’s something as simple as sitting together and watching the sunset, remind us to take the time and to enjoy these moments together.

In the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Today’s Bible Verse

And when he had sent the multitudes away, he went up into a mountain apart to pray: and when the evening was come, he was there alone. – Matthew 14:23 KJV

After he had dismissed them, he went up on a mountainside by himself to pray. Later that night, he was there alone. – Matthew 14:23 NIV
