Dear heavenly Father,

We thank You for the wisdom found in Your Word, where the psalmist asks, “Order my steps in Thy word.” We ask that You order our steps in our marriage. When decisions lie before us, when pressures rise, or when we’re unsure which direction to take, guide our hearts so we walk in the path that honors You.

Order our steps when we speak,
so our words build rather than break.
Order our steps when we respond,
so patience leads instead of frustration.
Order our steps when we plan,
so our choices reflect Your truth and not our fears.

Lord, help us walk in unity as You lead. Keep us from drifting into habits that pull us away from peace. Give us clarity where confusion lingers and wisdom where emotions cloud our judgment.

We ask that Your Word shape every step we take—reminding us that Your guidance is steady, Your care is constant, and Your path is always good. Strengthen our marriage as we follow where You lead.

In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.
