Renew in us a sense of wonder

Renew In Us A Sense Of Wonder — Today's Marriage Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,

Your Word reminds us that love is not just duty—it is delight. You have called us to cherish each other, to find joy in our marriage, and to see one another as a precious gift.

Lord, help us to embrace the beauty of these words: “My beloved is mine and I am his.” May we always see our marriage as a sacred covenant, not just a commitment but a blessing to be treasured. Teach us to take joy in each other’s presence, to laugh together, to support one another, and to share in the simple, everyday moments that make our love grow stronger.

Guard our hearts against distraction, complacency, or anything that would pull us apart. Renew in us a sense of wonder—help us to never take each other for granted but to nurture our love with kindness, patience, and grace. When life becomes busy, remind us to pause, to truly see one another, and to delight in the love You have given us.

In the name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

Today’s Bible Verse
